gravitational radiation

Previously, gravitational waves had been inferred only indirectly via their effect on the timing of pulsars in binary star systems.  Now, after 100 years since publishing his theory of GR the final prediction of Einstein’s theory has been confirmed again!.  On February 11, 2016.  Gravitational waves have been observed!  General Relativity has been confirmed.  Gravity is not a force but a consequence of the curvature of space-time.
